Apricot Chicken
6 chicken breasts, skinless/boneless
1 package of dry onion soup mix
1 (10 oz) bottle of Russian Dressing
1 cup apricot preserves
Place chicken in casserole dish. Mix the soup mix, dressing and preserves together and pour over chicken.
Cover dish and bake 1 hour at 350F
