Buffalo Meatballs

1 lb ground beef

1/4 cup shredded carrot

1/4 cup shredded zucchini

1/4 cup shredded onion

1 tbsp dried parsley flakes

1 tbsp ground mustard

1/4 tsp celery seed

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1 egg

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp heavy cream

Mix meat, shredded carrot, zucchini, onion and seasonings.  Beat egg, worcestershire sauce and cream together and add to meat mixture.  Mix well.  Scoop and form into meatballs.  Broil 8 minutes turn and broil another 8 minutes.
