Cheese Sauce with Bacon
3 tbsp margarine
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups milk
1 cup medium cheddar cheese, grated
4-6 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Melt margarine in medium saucepan. Mix in flour, salkt and pepper until smooth. Stir in milk until boiling and thickened. Stir in cheese until melted. Add bacon and stir.
