Cinnabon
1 cup warm milk
2 eggs, room temperature
1/3 cup margarine, melted
4 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 tbsp yeast
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 (3oz) package cream cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
Mix first 7 ingredients in order. Allow dough to rise. Put onto lightly floured surface, cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll dough into rectangle, spread dough with 1/3 cup butter and sprinkle with sugar mixture. Roll up dough and cut (I like to use dental floss to cut the dough). Place rolls in greased pan. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes.
Bake rolls in oven at 400F until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
Beat last 5 ingredients and spread frosting on warm rolls.
