Cornbread
1 1/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 egg
1 tbsp honey
3/4 cup cornmeal
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Combine cornmeal and milk and let stand for 10 minutes. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add egg and oil to cornmeal and milk mixture and mix well. Stir in dry ingredients until well combined. Bake at 400F for 15 - 20 minutes.
