Creamy Coleslaw
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp light mayo
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 tsp whole celery seed
1 cup shredded carrot
4 cups packed shredded cabbage
Mix dressing ingredients well. Pour over cabbage and mix. Chill until cold (at least an hour).
