Dirt Cups
Cookie Cups:
1/4 cup hard butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 large egg
1 cup flour
3 tbsp coca
Filling:
1 instant chocolate pudding powder
1 cup light sour cream
1 cup cold milk
1/2 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
24 gummy worms
Cookie cups:
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla and egg until well combined. Stir in flour, cocoa and salt until dough forms a softball. Divide 24 portions. Roll in balls and press balls into bottom and up sides of greased mini muffin cups. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minuts until firm and set. Cool. Run point of knife around edge and take out.
Filling:
Beat pudding powder, sour cream and milk together in medium bowl until smooth. Pipe into dough cups. Sprinkle 1 tsp cookie crumbs over each pudding. Insert worm part way into filling.
