Frozen Yogurt

Black Cherry:  About 1/2 lb = 3 cups pitted and stemmed

Blackberry or mix berry:  1 lb = 3 cups

Blueberry:  1 lb = 3 cups

Raspberry:  1 lb = 3 cups

Mango:  2 medium = 3 cups, about 12 oz cubed

Peach or Nectarine: 4 medium = 3 cup sliced

Strawberry: 1 lb = 3 cups

In food processor, whirl togeher fruit, 1/3 cup instant dissolving (fruit/berry) sugar and 1 tbsp lemon juice until smooth.  Add 1 cup balkin style or 2% plain yogurt, whirl until blended.   Press thru sieve into 9 inch square metal cake pan.  Freeze until almost solid, about 1 1/2 hours.  Break up an dpuree in food processor until smooth.  Scrape into airtight container, freeze until firm at least 4 hours.
