Mushroom Pork

6 pork chops

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp seasoned salt

2 eggs, beaten

1/4 cup flour

2 cups bread crumbs

4 tbsp olive oil

1 can mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

1/3 cup chicken broth

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Combine salt with flour.  Place beaten eggs and flour in two seperate bowls.  Dredge chops in flour, dip in eggs then in the bread crumbs.    In skillet fry pork chops for about 5 minutes, flipping during the time, then transfer  to a baking dish and cover with foil.  Bake for 1 hour at 350F. 

Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops after they have cooked for 1 hour.  Replace foil and bake another 30 minutes.
