Orange Honey Glazed Chicken
salt and pepper
6 pieces of chicken
flour
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 tsp sage
Wash and dry chicken. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Sprinkle chicken lightly with seasoned flour. Place chicken in shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan and heat. Spoon over chicken.
Bake at 350F for 90 minutes basting occasionally.
