Oreo Cheesecake 

1 package Oreo cookies, divided

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup butter, melted

4 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup sour cream

4 eggs

Place 30 cookies in food processor and ground mix with melted butter.  Press firmly to 13x9 baking pan.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in bowl until blended.  Add eggs, 1 at a time, until blended.  Chop remaining cookies.  Gently stir 1 1/2 cups cookie into batter.  Pour over crust and sprinkle with remaining cookies. 

Bake at 325F for 45 minutes or until centre is almost set.  Cool.  Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
