Pulled Chicken Sandwiches

2 Chicken Breasts

1 Cup Ketchup

2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1/2 tsp Pepper Flakes

 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Put chicken breasts into slow cooker.  Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken.  Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.  Shred chicken with forks and serve over buns.
