Seafood Medley

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp dried chives (1 tbsp fresh chives)

1 tsp dried dill weed (1 tbsp fresh dill weed)

1 tsp lemon pepper

Mix well.  Marinate 1 lb of any seafood at least 4 hours.  Drain well and discard marinade.
