Slow Cooker Roast
Sirloin Roast
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 small chopped onion
3 chopped carrots
1 box beef broth
Sprinkle soup over roast and put onion and carrots around roast. Cover roast with beef broth and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-4 hours.
