Spinach and Artichoke Dip
1 ( 8oz) package of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated romano cheese
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
Lightly grease baking dish. Mix cream cheese mayo, parmesan, romano, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt and pepper together. Gently stif in artichoke and spinach. Transfer to dish and cook for 15 minutes at 350F then top with mozzarella and cook for 10 minutes more.
*Note: The mozza will for a hard crust that may make it hard to dip your chips or bread through. You may just want to mix it in with the entire dish.
