 Strawberry-Mango Protein Shake

8 oz 2% milk

1 tbsp granular splenda

1/2 scoop low-carb whey protein powder

1/4 cup frozen strawberries

1/4 cup mango chunks

3 ice cubes

Pour milk into blender.  Add splenda and why protein powder.  Blend for 2 minutes.  Add frozen fruit and ice cubes and blend 2 more minutes.
