Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

3/4 cup granola without raisins

1/4 cup flour

1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp margarine

1 cup sugar

3 tbsp cornstarch

8 cup rhubarb

2 cup sliced strawberries

Mix granola, flour, brown sugar and margarine.  Set aside.  Mix sugar and cornstarch and set aside 3 tbsp for later.  Mix rhubarb with remaining sugar/cornstarch mixture.  Toss gently in 9 x 13 pan sprayed iwth Pam.  Bake at 325F for 25 minutes.  Remove and increase the temperature to 375F.  Mix reserved sugar/cornstarch with strawberries.  Spoon over rhurbarb.  Sprinkle with granola mixture.  Bake at 375F for 15 minutes, serve with cool whip.
