Stuffed Chicken

1/2 cup mayo

1/2 cup sour cream

4 garlic cloves

4 slices bacon

1/2 cup feta cheese

1/4 cup spinach, thawed and drained

1 tbsp dried oregano

2 tsp lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste

4 chicken breasts 

In a small bowl combine lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper, mayo, sour cream, bacon, feta cheese and spinach.  Mix well. 

Make a slit in each chicken breast and stuff mixture into breast, secure with toothpicks or twine.

Or pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness and layer mixture on top of breast then roll the breast and secure with toothpicks or twine.

Sprinkle tops of chicken with paprika.

Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes uncovered.
