Stuffed Mushrooms

12 mushrooms

8 oz cream cheese

1 tbsp oil

1 tbsp garlic, minced

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp onion powder

Seperate stem from mushrooms.  Mince stem and satue with garlic and oil till moisture is gone.  Let cool and add cream cheese and parmesan and spices.  Mix thoroughly.  Add to mushrooms tops and cook at 350F for 20 minutes.

Note:  You can double the mushrooms without doubling the other ingredients and add escargot or crab meat.
