Susan's Chicken Enchiladas

Mix together:

1 cup sour cream

1 cup cheddar cheese

1 small can cream of chicken soup

1 big can of diced tomatoes

2 cups cooked chicken (4-6 breasts)

salt and pepper to taste

In a seperate bowl mix:

1 cup sour cream

1 small can cream of chicken soup

1 small can crushed tomatoes

 

10 tortillas

 

Line pan with 2nd mixture (just a bit).  Wrap first mixture in tortillas.  Top torillas with rest of soupy mixture then top it with more cheese.

Bake at 350F covered with foil for 35-40 minutes, then uncovered 15-20 minutes to let cheese melt.
