Sweet Roll Dough

 

4 tbsp yeast

2 cup warm water

2 cup warm milk

1 1/3 cup sugar

1 1/3 cup oil

1 tbsp salt

4 eggs (room temperature and beaten)

14 cup flour

 

Dissolve 1/3 cup of sugar in the water with the yeast.

Warm milk and add 1 cup sugar to milk.  Stir oil, salt, eggs (stir eggs in last but before flour) and 2 cups flour into milk.  Beat until smooth into sugar water.  Mix remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.  Knead for 5 minutes.

Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until hollow.
