Zucchini Bread
2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
dash cloves
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup grated zucchini
1/2 cup raisins
Sift dry ingredients. Combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to sugar mixture. Stir in zucchini and raisins. Turn into greased 9x5 loaf pans. Bake at 350F until done about 65-75 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes then remove. Makes 1 loaf.
