Cafe Rio
1 lb pork roast
2-3 tbsp taco seasoning
1 large jar of salsa
Slow cook on low for 6-8 hours and shred when done.
*This is best when served with Black Beans and Rice and Cilantro-Lime Dressing
Assembly:
On a plate get a serving of black beans and rice. On top of the bleack beans and rice take a serving of Cafe Rio and top with chopped tomatoes, diced green pepper, red onion chopped, and cheese shredded. Garnish with baked or fried tortilla strips or taco chips.
